Introduction

Patternize, Inc. accomplishes its mission through real world development of concepts and methodologies originated predominantly by individuals and other entities and licensed for use by Patternize Inc.. We choose sources who's goals are to explore complex patterns of interrelationship, discover valuable possibilities and integrate them in valuable ways. Included elements may be either new or tried and true. The foundation criteria applied by patternize, Inc. to all materials chosen for use are fairness and open integration.

Patternize, Inc, is a commercial enterprise for profitably contributing a few valuable uses of new patterns, combined with traditional insights and fairness assessment, to various cultural processes. As many traditional entities continue to expand, get more powerful, and bully oriented, Patternize, Inc. Is committed to propagating operational strategies, tactics, and standards that are committed to fair and benevolence interaction with everyone. We demonstrate mutual respect can be made more profitable than weaseling every contact out of every possible penny on a grand scale. Consider fairness on a grand scale as an operational strategy.

There are many very old patterns of civilized thought that may be re-evaluated in the context of more open and fair minded patterns. reintegration can result in less conflict and at the same time reveal an astounding array of currently hidden possibilities. There are also patterns of thought that have been used very successfully in very limited contexts for centuries, but accidentally overlooked or intentionally suppressed due to mistaken popular assumptions or tenaciously enforced cultural norms and taboos for maintenence of power.

Traditional closed hierarchical patterns In both the mind and in business entities do not allow sufficient flexibility for creativity and rapid innovation. There are many concets other than rigid detailed control that result in the dependability, predictability, and the others still maintain flexibility needed in todays rapidly changing world. For instance relationships that track feedback and maintain profitable relationships automatically are often far more efficient than expensive power and control structures. By carefully and systematically opening up certain closed relationships in the mind and within entities and moving toward patterns of more open integration, new possibilities emerge. Common patterns of interrelationship that are now invisible to most of us start to be seen as possibilities. This opening and widening of vision is in principle the release that allowed most if not all great historical discoveries and cultural advances.

As an example, If there are a dozen viable possibilities and one has been culturally propagated for millennia or even a single generation and is seen as valuable and successful it will form a gestalt which is nearly impossible to see beyond. It may be perfectly functional in its way, but even better ways are invisible because of it. There are many reasons why this happens. Cognitive Framework Patternization, as a system of thought, studies these patterns with the intent of discovering 'better ways.

Another similar but apparently opposite example; If there are a dozen viable possibilities in a particular area of thought, and one of them is considered unacceptable for any reason, the others (even though some would be acceptable) will not be discovered because no one looks there. The similarity (underlying principle) in these two examples is the human tendency to 'look no further' if an acceptable answer is confidently known. Often a single simple question may put an explorer on the track of at least some of these acceptable and possibly useful patterns of thought and the resulting patterns of action. Without questions, these and many other forms of mental blindness remain generally invisible.

Far more important than the combined losses of the two patterns described above is what I call "Opposition Blindness." Yet We are taught from birth in most cultures that many forms of this mental approach is the best, if not the only way, to model relationships of almost every kind. The list of motivations and mistakes involved in this ensemble of patterns will take many books to describe and resolve. Hopfully Patternize, Inc. will stimulate extensive exploration and work in this area.

Patternize, Inc. trains individuals To find these patterns and trains them to create competitive businesses or divisions of businesses or spin offs. These individuals are called 'Weavers' and they specialize in exploring open interrelated patterns of integrated information structure and retrieval. They work toward application of these patterns of integration in fair minded commercially useful ways for profit and/or for legacy educational use in the public domain. They also educate commercial organizations toward profitable open use patterns of creative commons copyrights and a more fair policy set in regards to traditional creative and innovative individuals.

Weavers are trained to search out and apply the leverages understood by certain explorers and researchers pertaining to more open information exchange. Monitizing the use of patterns for profitable development and leveraging of the resulting creativity for innovative application of research and discoveries is the key approach to profitability where Weavers concentrate their efforts. It is hoped that as these monitizing patterns become acceptable within cultures, it will lead to encouragement of explorers, researchers, inventors, in all fields and spark the pattern creation allowing them to easily profit from their genius.

Through mindoassis.net Works to expand a more grassroots understanding of how the integrative patterns of creativity may be woven into more rigid patterns of business management with minimal disruption. mindoassis.net provides a free and almost transparent basic introductory Weaver training to the public. This training by osmosis is a key ingredient to propagation success for many of the CFP integration patterns.
